(“CTOS”), and/or Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Experian”), a registered credit reporting agency under the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 (“CRA”), for conducting any credit/trade-related checks.

(g) Information from such other sources where you have given your consent for information relating to you to be disclosed and/or where such disclosure is not otherwise restricted.

YokinBanc collects your personal information when you:

Choose to register for and use our online services, such as our loan comparison tools, or when you sign up for our weekly newsletters.

Apply for products or services through our website.

The information collected comprises information communicated to us when you voluntarily complete an application form presented on our website that enables us to identify you. Credit Reporting Agency/Credit Bureau, Bank and/or Financial Institution(s).We may disclose your Personal Information to any credit reporting agency/credit bureau, bank and/or financial institution(s).
Government Agencies, Statutory Authorities, Law Enforcement Agencies under Law.We may disclose your Personal Information to any government agency, statutory authority and/or law enforcement agency where required or permitted by law.
Bureaus/Agencies Established under Bank Negara Malaysia.We may disclose your Personal Information to any bureau or agency established or to be established by Bank Negara Malaysia, including but not limited to CCRIS.
